Role Overview

We're looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll own key product initiatives that span our entire business—helping to shape our roadmap, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable impact across both user experience and business outcomes. You’ll work side-by-side with product, engineering, design, and operations to build world-class financial tools.

What You'll Do

• Drive Strategy: Lead key product initiatives and provide strategic input into the roadmap, guided by data, user insights, market trends, and business objectives.
• Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, marketing, and ops teams to deliver from ideation to post-launch.
• Champion User-Centricity: Advocate for our users by translating insights into features that create real value and delight.
• Own Metrics: Define KPIs and success metrics, run A/B tests, and continuously iterate to improve performance and outcomes.
• Ensure Compliance: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to meet regulatory standards while delivering innovative experiences.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of product management experience in a D2C, high-growth fintech or tech startup environment.
• A proven track record of delivering strategic, data-driven product initiatives that move key business metrics.
• Deep experience working with cross-functional teams and leading products through the full lifecycle.
• Fluency in data—comfortable using SQL, spreadsheets, and experimentation tools to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication skills—you’re able to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity, creativity, and resilience in the face of ambiguity and change.
• A bias toward action and a keen eye for prioritization, detail, and execution.

• This role is based in NYC. Team members are expected to be in-person 4 times per week.
