New York City | Full-Time | Hybrid | AI / B2B SaaS

Compensation: $170,000-$190,000 base salary + equity

Work Environment: Hybrid - expected in Revi’s New York City office 3–4 days per week.

Revi is an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps businesses convert, engage, and retain customers through intelligent, automated communication.

Revi supports 100+ active customer accounts across leads, conversations, campaigns, automations, integrations, and AI-powered workflows. The platform operates across 100M+ records and a growing volume of production data and customer interactions.

Our technology organization currently includes a 14-person contracted engineering team spanning full-stack development, AI/ML, mobile, QA, data, and DevOps.

We’re hiring our first internal Senior Product Manager to take ownership of Revi’s product roadmap and day-to-day product and engineering execution.

The Role

This is a highly technical, execution-oriented product role.

You will own Revi’s product roadmap and work directly with our engineering organization to drive development from problem identification through production.

This is not a role where you simply define what should be built and hand requirements to an Engineering Manager. You’ll be expected to understand what is being built, how engineering is approaching it, where work is blocked, why commitments are slipping, what is happening in production, and what needs to change.

You will own the full product-development lifecycle:

You do not need to be a software engineer. You do need enough technical depth to understand architecture and engineering tradeoffs, challenge proposed solutions and estimates, investigate production problems with engineering, and identify potential reliability or scalability risks.

What You’ll Own

• Own and continuously prioritize Revi’s roadmap and backlog
• Translate customer, business, technical, and production problems into clear requirements
• Balance new features, customer requests, integrations, AI development, platform stability, technical debt, and scalability
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria, expected outcomes, and success metrics
• Make decisions using customer impact, revenue, retention, product data, engineering effort, and technical risk
• Push back constructively when the evidence supports a different priority
• Run Revi’s engineering standups and product-development operating cadence
• Own sprint planning, prioritization, backlog management, and sprint close
• Maintain visibility into engineering ownership, progress, blockers, dependencies, and commitments
• Hold engineering workstreams accountable to agreed scope and timelines
• Challenge unclear estimates, requirements, technical approaches, and explanations
• Identify whether execution problems stem from requirements, process, staffing, architecture, dependencies, technical debt, or engineering performance
• Evaluate whether engineering capacity is being deployed against the company’s highest-impact priorities
• Help evolve Revi’s engineering organization as we increasingly bring core technical capabilities in-house

Production Reliability & Technical Ownership

• Own product-side release readiness and production validation
• Drive bug triage, severity assessment, prioritization, and resolution with Engineering
• Work through production incidents, root causes, customer impact, remediation, and prevention
• Improve QA, regression prevention, monitoring, observability, and release processes
• Understand technical debt and determine when infrastructure or scalability investments should take priority over feature development
• Work with Engineering to evaluate architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, performance, reliability, and system dependencies

Your responsibility is not to personally fix bugs or write production code. Your responsibility is to understand problems deeply enough to ensure the right problem is being solved, the right engineering decisions are being made, and issues are driven through resolution.

• Analyze feature adoption, user behavior, conversion, retention, churn, system utilization, and customer feedback
• Turn qualitative customer feedback into structured product intelligence
• Define measurable outcomes for major initiatives and evaluate results after release
• Connect product decisions to customer impact, retention, expansion, revenue, and company strategy

Integrations & AI

A significant part of Revi’s growth involves expanding integrations with additional software ecosystems and continuing to develop AI-powered functionality.

You should be comfortable working with APIs, third-party integrations, data systems, LLM-powered workflows, AI evaluation, knowledge systems, guardrails, latency, cost, data quality, and production monitoring.

You do not need to be an ML engineer, but you should understand how AI functionality is evaluated and operated in production.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of professional Product Management experience
• Experience owning a customer-facing B2B SaaS product in production
• Demonstrated experience directly driving engineering execution — not only defining strategy or writing requirements
• Experience owning roadmaps, backlogs, sprint priorities, and releases
• Strong technical fluency across SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations, data systems, and production environments
• Experience with production incidents, reliability issues, technical debt, and/or scalability challenges
• Experience challenging engineering assumptions, estimates, and proposed solutions
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ownership of measurable product and business outcomes
• Ability to operate independently without a large supporting product organization
• High ownership and comfort making decisions with incomplete information

Strongly Preferred

• Experience as an early, first, or founding Product hire at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience inheriting and improving a messy or underdeveloped product-development process
• Experience with distributed, offshore, or contracted engineering teams
• Prior software engineering, technical, data, or systems background
• Messaging, CRM, communications, workflow automation, or customer-engagement experience
• SQL or demonstrated ability to independently analyze product data

What Success Looks Like

Within your first six months, Revi’s Founder & CEO should no longer need to manage the day-to-day product-development process.

You should have clear ownership of the roadmap, engineering priorities, sprint execution, requirements, bugs, releases, and day-to-day product decisions.

Success means more predictable engineering execution, fewer production regressions, faster resolution of blockers, better visibility into engineering performance, stronger release processes, structured technical-debt management, and product decisions grounded in customer, business, technical, and product data.

Most importantly, Product and Engineering execution should be proactively managed without requiring the Founder to identify problems, chase updates, or coordinate day-to-day development.

You’ll join Revi with real customers, meaningful revenue, substantial production data, an established engineering organization, and an ambitious roadmap — while we build the internal product and engineering organization required for our next stage of growth.
