Job summary

TechnoMile is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Contracts Suite roadmap, guiding CLM, pre-award, agreement management, and Transform Copilot. You will translate FAR/DFARS-driven needs into prioritized capabilities and work with Engineering to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

TechnoMile is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to work on the roadmap for our Contracts Suite — the AI-enabled platform that helps government contractors manage the full contract lifecycle, from pre-award through closeout. This role sits at the intersection of customer needs, federal acquisition compliance, and technical execution.

The ideal candidate combines strong product instincts with real familiarity with government contracting and post-award compliance, and is comfortable translating complex FAR/DFARS-driven requirements into clear, well-prioritized product capabilities. You will work closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to deliver solutions that reduce risk and administrative burden for our customers and drive company growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve the roadmap for the Contracts Suite (Contract Lifecycle Management, Pre-Award Management, Agreement Management, and Transform Copilot) aligned to company strategy
• Lead product discovery with government contractors to deeply understand post-award compliance challenges and pain points
• Define clear problem statements, success metrics, and prioritization frameworks for contract lifecycle capabilities
• Write high-quality product requirements covering complex GovCon workflows — CLIN/SLIN/ACRN tracking, modifications, CDRLs, OCI, TINA, small business reporting, and closeout — and partner closely with Engineering through delivery
• Maintain working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and evolving federal acquisition regulations to ensure the product keeps pace with compliance requirements
• Drive alignment across stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership
• Analyze product usage and customer feedback to inform roadmap decisions
• Launch new features and capabilities — including AI-powered features like Transform Copilot — and measure their business impact
• Make thoughtful tradeoffs between customer requests, technical constraints, regulatory requirements, and business priorities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in a software company, ideally serving the GovCon or federal contracting market
• Working knowledge of the government contract lifecycle, including FAR/DFARS, CLINs/SLINs, contract modifications, deliverables (CDRLs), and closeout processes
• Demonstrated ownership of product initiatives from concept through launch
• Experience defining and tracking success metrics tied to business outcomes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into clear requirements
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams in an Agile environment
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment

Preferred

• Direct experience in federal contracts administration, compliance, or contracts management — as a practitioner, consultant, or software vendor
• Experience with CLM, ERP, or GRC software for government contractors (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, or similar)
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms
• Exposure to AI/ML-powered document extraction or copilot-style product features
• Experience serving defense, aerospace, or intelligence community customers
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments
• Background collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams
