Job summary

Vivid Technology seeks a Senior Product Manager for its Flat Panel Antenna User Terminal portfolio, working closely with engineering, commercial teams and customers to deliver next‑generation satellite communications solutions.

You will own the product strategy, roadmaps and lifecycle, translate customer requirements into PRDs, and guide development from concept through launch while coordinating with RF systems and phased array teams across LEO/MEO/GEO networks.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in satellite communications or related tech.
• 4–6+ years in Product Management or TPM/ownership.
• Strong knowledge of Flat Panel Antennas and RF systems.
• Experience managing complex technical products end-to-end.
• Familiarity with LEO, MEO and GEO networks.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications preferred.

Senior Product Manager - Satellite Communications / Flat Panel Antennas (FPA)

Vivid Technology is partnered with a leading satellite communications technology company seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of its Flat Panel Antenna (FPA) User Terminal portfolio.

This is a technically focused role, working closely with engineering, commercial teams and customers to deliver next-generation satellite communications solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, roadmaps and lifecycle management for FPA-based satellite User Terminals.
• Translate customer requirements into technical product specifications and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Work closely with engineering teams across phased array antennas, RF systems and modem integration.
• Manage product development from initial concept through validation, production and launch.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Technical Program Management to align product development with commercial requirements.
• Support customer engagements, technical presentations and RFI/RFP responses.

Required Experience

• 6–8+ years within satellite communications, telecommunications or related technologies.
• 4–6+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management or Systems/Product Ownership.
• Strong understanding of Flat Panel Antennas (FPA), phased array antennas, RF systems and satellite User Terminals.
• Experience managing complex technical products from concept through production.
• Familiarity with LEO, MEO and GEO satellite networks.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams and customers.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or a related technical discipline preferred.
