CompanyCam is seeking a Senior Product Manager in the United States to guide strategy for a SaaS platform. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate data and customer insights into bets, and own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager at CompanyCam, you'll put your deep SaaS product experience to work shaping the strategic initiatives that move our business forward. You'll bring sharp analytical skills, a real understanding of what our customers need, and a good sense of what's technically feasible to guide products from first idea to final delivery. You'll lead cross‑functional teams, make the call on product direction, and own the results. If you love turning data and customer insight into big, well‑reasoned bets, this is your spot.

What You'll Do

• Lead market immersion to deeply understand and anticipate the evolving needs of the customers we serve
• Identify and evaluate high‑impact opportunities that align with our long‑term business strategy and drive customer success
• Make strategic decisions on product direction and own the outcomes of those decisions
• Regularly assess and refine product strategy as market conditions and company objectives change
• Turn complex data into insights that feed directly into product development and strategy
• Oversee product discovery, user research, and release planning
• Partner with the product development group to deliver valuable features and improvements on time
• Develop and refine our approach to hypothesis‑driven work, with solid data collection, analysis, and conclusions that guide the product
• Champion innovation and smart risk‑taking within the product team
• Mentor and guide the Product Team, building collaboration, shared responsibility, and professional growth
• Lead cross‑functional communication so every stakeholder stays aligned and engaged across the product lifecycle

Benefits & Compensation

This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $155,000-$180,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
