Paysafe is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives within the U.S. payments platform, with a focus on Business Wallet capabilities for SMB merchants.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead complex, high-impact product initiatives that shape the future of our payment solutions. You will own strategic product domains, influence cross-functional decision-making, and drive outcomes that accelerate Paysafe’s growth. This role requires a strong blend of product strategy, delivery excellence, stakeholder leadership, and deep understanding of payments.

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Product Vision
  • Own long-term product strategy and roadmap for a major product area, aligning with Paysafe’s enterprise priorities and financial goals.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes to proactively evolve product direction.
  • Develop data-driven business cases and lead cross-functional alignment on key strategic initiatives.
  • Own product strategy and roadmap for Business Wallet capabilities serving U.S. SMB merchants, with a focus on helping businesses access, manage, and control funds more effectively across Paysafe’s ecosystem.
End-to-End Product Ownership
  • Lead product discovery, requirements definition, and solution design for complex multi-team initiatives.
  • Author and prioritize epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; drive backlog execution with engineering in an Agile environment.
  • Anticipate technical and operational constraints, guiding teams toward scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
  • Lead discovery and requirements definition for wallet-based experiences that address U.S. SMB needs such as faster access to earnings, simplified cash-flow management, balance visibility, payouts, and operational control.
Cross-Functional Influence & Stakeholder Leadership
  • Act as a senior liaison between Product, Engineering, Commercial, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Finance to ensure aligned delivery.
  • Educate and influence stakeholders at all levels - including senior leaders - using data, insights, and clear product rationale.
  • Partner with Sales, Merchant Services, and Account Management to support client engagements and strategic opportunities.
  • Partner with Commercial, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Banking, and Engineering teams to design scalable Business Wallet solutions aligned with U.S. regulatory, onboarding, funding, and servicing requirements.
Customer & Market Insight
  • Lead customer research and competitive analysis to uncover unmet needs and guide product strategy.
  • Represent the voice of merchants, partners, and end-users; translate insights into actionable product direction.
  • Translate U.S. SMB merchant pain points into product opportunities that strengthen Paysafe’s value proposition beyond payment acceptance and support broader merchant lifecycle engagement.
Product Performance & Optimization
  • Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and financial metrics for your product portfolio.
  • Define success metrics for Business Wallet adoption, activation, retention, funding flows, merchant engagement, and revenue contribution; use insights to prioritize product enhancements.
  • Conduct robust post-launch evaluations to validate impact and inform future investment decisions.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and lead complex cross-team problem-solving to resolve product gaps or friction points.
Governance, Compliance & Risk Alignment
  • Ensure all product decisions and designs adhere to required regulatory, scheme, and compliance standards.
  • Partner closely with Compliance, Legal, and Risk early in the development cycle to minimize downstream obstacles.
  • Drive operational readiness across support, operations, and go-to-market teams.
Leadership & Mentorship
  • Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior PMs and cross-functional teammembers.
  • Contribute to improving product processes, rituals, and operating models across the wider organization.
Job Requirements
