Job summary

Info Way Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to analyze and improve automotive-domain processes, translating business needs into technical requirements. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, document details, and support deployment of new systems.

The role emphasizes product discovery, roadmap creation, and collaboration with IT to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery of improvements.

Qualifications

• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform competitor analysis, create opportunity assessments, and roadmaps with targets and deadlines.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system requirements and changes in Jira/Confluence.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and design.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize business processes for efficiency and impact.
• Lead product discovery activities including competitive analyses and roadmap creation.
• Document business requirements and ensure traceability across teams.
• Maintain up-to-date system requirements, impact assessments, and change logs.
• Coordinate with IT and others to remove blockers and enable smooth delivery.

Job Summary: The Product Manager will support requirement engineering, analyzing, designing, and implementing systems and processes within the automotive domain. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring the successful deployment of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Must have:

• Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Product Discovery: Perform competitor analysis, create opportunity assessment workflows, create product roadmaps, including setting targets and adhering to deadlines
• Gather Requirements: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system requirements, impact assessment, processes, and changes in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Collaboration: Work with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and system design and mitigate any roadblocks that can impact the delivery.
• Testing and Implementation: Participate in testing and implementing new systems or enhancements.

Nice to have:

• Industry knowledge (automotive, telematics, Infotainment system, Connected Car)
• Domain knowledge of TSP (Telematics Support Platform) Platform and Applications
• Experience with enterprise software solutions.
