Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive data-driven product decisions at the Hoboken, NJ location. You will analyze product data, gather requirements, and translate insights into prioritized initiatives with input from a senior product lead.

You will collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to assess feasibility and risks, while owning backlog prioritization and feature rollout in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related area and 3 years of experience in product management;
• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related area and 5 years of post-bachelor's progressively responsible experience in product management.

Responsibilities

• Supporting plans and initiatives with guidance from the senior lead to meet customer and business needs.
• Identifying and communicating goals and objectives as well as communicating status and insights related to product performance to stakeholders.
• Collaborating with engineering and data analysts to assess technology feasibility, risks, and prioritize features.

This position is an individual contributor role and does not supervise employees.

Duties:

• Analyzing product and feature data to identify trends and inform decision-making with guidance from senior product lead.

• Experience with Product Roadmap, Vision, and Strategy creation.
• Experience with Product Development and Software Development Lifecycles.
• Experience driving customer and client needs.
• Experience with software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience using data analytics and insights tools, including SQL, Tableau, PowerBI.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Data Asset Management, including designing, building, and managing data as a product.
• Experience with Data Governance and Quality, including how to ensure integrity, reliability, and compliance.

Salary Range:

$126,755/year to $216,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
