You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Own, prioritize, and maintain the team's backlog, balancing strategic product features, technical enablement, operational support, and mandatory commitments
  • Translate complex business problems and data objectives into well-defined features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes
  • Maintain delivery-ready work for upcoming sprints and Program Increments (PIs), ensuring scope, dependencies, risks, and sequencing are clearly understood
  • Lead day-to-day product engagement with engineers, architects, analysts, QA, and Scrum Masters, providing rapid requirement clarification and product decisions
  • Define MVPs and phased delivery approaches that release value early while supporting scalable, enterprise-grade data solutions

  • Utilize product, delivery, adoption, and data-quality metrics to evaluate outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and guide backlog prioritization
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline daily workflows, automate routine tasks, and drive continuous improvement
  • Evaluate emerging technology trends to inform solution design, workflow efficiency, and strategic product innovation

You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
