Job summary

Q2 is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Centrix DTS product suite for financial institutions of all sizes. You will collaborate with multiple teams to define and deliver product strategy and ensure experiences help customers deliver outstanding service while reducing losses.

Expect a major transformation of the dispute management solution and active AI integration, with travel to Q2 offices and bi-monthly on-site customer visits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 6 years with a Master’s; or PhD with 3+ years, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in software product management.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Q2 product related solutions.
  • Define and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations for new products and enhancements.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product Owners to prioritize initiatives and deliver high‑quality solutions.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, financial results, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to successfully deliver product initiatives.
  • Represent the product with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert on commercial payments and digital banking.

SUMMARY

Q2 is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Centrix DTS product suite. You will work with multiple teams to deliver high-value offerings for financial institutions of all sizes. You will define and deliver product strategy with internal and external partners, and strive to deliver experiences that allow our customers to deliver excellent customer service while recovery losses. This role will be taking on a major transformation of our dispute management solution, so the ideal candidate will have 0 to 1 launch experience and excellent cross‑functional collaboration. You will also be expected to operate using AI and build AI experiences within the product. You should also prepare for travel to other Q2 offices and on site visits to customers bi‑monthly.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Q2 product related solutions.
  • Define and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.

  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and business value to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Some barriers to entry exist at this level, requiring department review.
  • Demonstrable experience in software product management
  • Strong team leadership, including building, growing, motivating, and mentoring high‑performance teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong teamwork, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Excel and data analysis proficiency
  • Self‑starter with ability to deliver results independently
  • Experience with Pendo or other user analytics applications is a plus
  • Understands and is fluent written and oral communication in English
