Overview
Trust in SODA has partnered with an exciting start-up that builds AI agents to automate manual tasks for the insurance industry. They started with voice and are expanding into full workflow automation across sales, servicing, and claims. The long-term vision is to build reasoning agents capable of handling the entire spectrum of insurance and eventually expanding into broader financial services.
Role: Customer-facing Agent Product Manager to join their growing team. You’ll partner with enterprise clients to identify high-impact opportunities for AI adoption, design agent-based workflows, and oversee successful implementations. You’ll serve as the bridge between customer needs and the AI engineering team, ensuring solutions deliver real business value.
Responsibilities
- Identify & Prioritize Use Cases: Partner with strategic accounts to uncover efficiency gaps, automation opportunities, and high-value AI applications. Lead discovery sessions to map business needs.
- Facilitate Product Design Workshops: Co-create solutions with clients by running design workshops that transform business requirements into AI agent workflows.
- Define Requirements: Translate customer insights into clear, actionable requirements for the AI Agent Engineering team. Ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
- Lead Implementations: Manage the full lifecycle of AI solution deployments, from planning to delivery. Oversee timelines, expectations, and success metrics while acting as the primary customer interface.
- Champion Customer Success: Ensure adoption, measure impact, and recommend optimizations in partnership with AI Customer Success Managers.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and customer focus—thriving in an early-stage startup environment
- 3–5 years in customer-facing or hybrid tech roles (e.g., product management, customer success, implementation, strategy consulting, or solutions engineering)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications or product briefs
- Experience leading workshops and navigating ambiguous client needs
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills—able to influence both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience with enterprise SaaS implementation or deployment
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with AI/ML products, automation platforms, or workflow optimization
- Background in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries
- Knowledge of prompt engineering or agent-based AI systems
