About the Role:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will focus on the CRM experience for our home care users. You’ll drive high-impact new features that fuel business growth, solve pain points for our users and deliver them a world-class experience.

You will lead every stage of your product's journeys, including: crafting the initial problem statements, prioritizing the highest impact opportunities, working with customers to shape the initial MVP, measure its impact, and scale up into a fully fledged portion of the WelcomeHome CRM experience.

This role is highly cross-functional but also highly independent. You’ll be the sole product manager supporting our home care customers, partnering closely with colleagues in Customer Success, Design, Customer Insights, Sales, and more. You’ll combine strategic thinking and creativity to set clear goals, craft products that resonate, and execute high-impact launches that elevate our company and drive adoption beyond launch.

This role reports directly to our Vice President of Product Management.

About You:

• You have 4+ years experience of prior product management work
• Experience in SaaS-based platforms
• You sweat the details
• You thrive in a startup environment, working with a cross-functional team
• You want to solve complicated problems and meaningfully improve the home care experience
• You’re as comfortable working independently as you are collaborating with the rest of the product team

Strong preference will be given to candidates with prior CRM or home care industry experience.

Location:

Remote US (mild preference for Atlanta, GA)
