TopDog Law is building a nationwide, remote-friendly product organization to support a greenfield AI-enabled intake engine, a modern case management platform, and a client portal. The Senior Product Manager will define what we build, justify why it matters, and drive measurable outcomes for the firm and clients we serve.
You’ll partner with leadership to set priorities and move fast with imperfect information.
Personal injury law firm maximizing client results via data-driven approach
TopDog Law is not your typical law firm. We're a nationally scaling personal injury firm built for impact and growth — owning the client experience end-to-end, from marketing and intake through litigation. We believe that world-class marketing, paired with exceptional legal talent and operations, creates better experiences and outcomes for clients and the business alike.
Over the past three years, we've grown 2–3x year over year, setting a new standard on the marketing side of the personal injury space and proving what's possible when strategy, speed, and execution align. Now we're applying that same discipline and innovation to firm operations, case management, and national scale — intentionally building the infrastructure, systems, and teams to grow without sacrificing quality, culture, or accountability.
We are a fully remote team that share trust, open communication, and a commitment to doing great work. If you love ownership, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and want to help build something exceptional, you'll feel right at home here.
We're building the technology infrastructure for a nationally scaling personal injury law firm, and we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a core piece of it. This is a greenfield build across three core systems: a custom AI-enabled intake engine to replace Salesforce, a modern case management platform to replace Filevine, and a client-facing portal for case status, messaging, and document sharing. You'll define what we build, why it matters, and how it drives measurable outcomes for our firm and the clients we serve. You'll work closely with the VP of Product and company leadership on strategic direction, but within your domain, you're empowered to make decisions, set priorities, and drive execution. If you thrive with high ownership, move fast with imperfect information, and care deeply about building products people love to use, we'd love to meet you.
