Jostens in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Senior Assistant Product Manager who partners with three Senior Product Managers, coordinating complex product development and cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Sourcing, Operations, IT, and Finance. You will support portfolio management, gather market insights, and help drive go-to-market readiness.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Business/Marketing/Product Development or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3–5 years of experience supporting Product Management, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related business function.
Experience managing multiple complex projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, financial, and market data to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for three Senior Product Managers across multiple product categories and strategic initiatives.
Coordinate execution of annual product line strategies and assortment updates.
Develop reporting, presentations, and business analyses to support product decisions.
Analyze sales performance, pricing, competitive activity, and product trends to identify risks and opportunities.
Assist in product line reviews, sku rationalization, and product lifecycle management.
Monitor project timelines, action items, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
