Aufgaben

• Manage national product litigation and outside counsel.
• Develop fact development for cases, internally and with Yamaha.
• Select witnesses and prepare for deposition and trial.
• Develop cost-effective resolution strategies.
• Implement product liability prevention policies and mitigation plans.
• Provide written reports on litigation activities to management and insurers.
• Prepare budgets and monitor outside counsel expenses.
• Support e-discovery and record retention programs.
• Review sales and marketing materials to minimize legal exposure.
• Handle other legal issues within the general framework.
