The role is hybrid, with responsibilities spanning depositions, motions, discovery, and trial preparation. Competitive compensation (200k–300k annually) and full benefits are offered, with a flexible schedule and PTO.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in applicable field.
• Experience with product liability, mass torts, personal injury, or complex civil litigation.
• Active participation in depositions, oral arguments, and courtroom experiences.
• Excellent academic credentials with strong organization, writing, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of county, state, and federal courts and civil procedure rules.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.
• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate product liability claims.
• Conduct legal research regarding product liability law and federal regulations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including depositions, hearings, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Advise clients on risk management, compliance, recalls, and liability exposure.
• Prepare witnesses and clients for testimony.
