Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a senior product leader to own the Trust Platform end to end. You will set the platform direction, report to executive stakeholders, and potentially lead engineering teams depending on org structure.

The role requires a proven ability to operate in regulated environments, scale products, and translate high-level mandates into concrete roadmaps for trusted AI, identity, risk, and compliance tooling.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management with senior leadership experience.
• Direct experience building or scaling products in trust/safety, identity/fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Proven track record in regulated or high-scrutiny environments.
• Experience taking products from concept to GA and scaling post-launch.
• Comfort with C-suite stakeholders and translating mandates into roadmaps.
• Experience managing product teams and engineers.
• Strong technical fluency for architecture discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Embodiment of Cognizant leadership and values.

Responsibilities

• Own the Trust Platform strategy and end-to-end roadmap.
• Translate Responsible AI principles into platform requirements with legal, security, and compliance partners.
• Prioritize trade-offs across engineering, legal, security, sales, and client delivery.
• Make platform architecture decisions in collaboration with engineering leadership.
• Manage a team of product managers and possibly engineers, with hiring responsibility.
• Report on platform health, risk posture, and adoption to senior leaders and clients.
• Evaluate vendors and partners for trust, identity, fraud, and compliance tech.
