Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Manager for the Customer Data Product team in McLean, VA. You will lead a group of product managers responsible for building a portfolio of data products and platforms that enable real-time intelligent experiences, protect customers from fraud, and accelerate access to funds.

You will partner with data engineers, analysts, and other PMs to define roadmaps, govern data principles, and scale capabilities across lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field or related area, with start date on/before start date.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers delivering data products and solutions.
• Translate business and data strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
• Define multi-year product roadmaps and collaborate across teams.
