Job summary

TD Bank Group in Southfield, MI is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to drive the launch of Auto Finance products from inception to delivery. You will shape strategy, develop business cases, gain executive sponsorship, and coordinate across partner teams to deliver innovative solutions.

The role requires deep product expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate market insights into competitive offerings while adhering to risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in business or related field with strong analytical skills.
Experience leading product development and strategy.
Ability to build business cases and forecast impact on P&L.

Responsibilities

Launch new TD Auto Finance products from inception to delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, and Compliance.
Develop value propositions and investments to support product portfolio growth.
Manage regulatory requirements and risk alongside product initiatives.
Provide advisory support to executives and stakeholders.
