U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive visioning, planning and development of our human + digital product strategy for consumer deposit products, including checking-related offerings.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into a clear roadmap and measurable outcomes. You will define product outcomes and OKRs, manage the end-to-end lifecycle, and collaborate with agile, design, technology and risk partners to deliver value to customers.

Qualifications

• Product Management experience
• 4+ years of experience with consumer deposit products, preferably checking, including product strategy and roadmap development

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and interpret business data to meet needs
• Define product outcomes and OKRs to guide features and roadmap
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle and drive the roadmap
• Collaborate with agile, design, technology and risk partners to deliver customer value
• Understand technical aspects of software products and balance debt reduction and modernization
