- 8+ years hiring and developing senior leaders.
- Experience presenting to senior executive audiences.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.

- Lead a team through ideation, development, and launch of products.
- Drive product development with engineers and designers.
- Attract, build, manage, and develop a diverse team of product leaders.
- Establish shared vision across the company by prioritizing and aligning goals.
- Integrate usability studies and market analysis into product requirements.
