Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management for the Developer Experience AI Coding Tools team. You will steer the enterprise strategy for AI coding tool products that accelerate how engineers write, review, and ship software with AI, shaping governance and embedding Capital One’s standards.

You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration to reduce friction, improve developer adoption of AI-augmented workflows, and drive scalable product solutions across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
• Experience exploring, prototyping, or implementing emerging technologies and AI automation tools (such as Gemini, Claude, Claude Code, or Google Apps Script)
• Experience developing tools for CI/CD and DevOps
• Strong data fluency in SQL, metrics design, and data pipelines
