• 5+ years in insurance product management or P&C insurance industry.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and translate insights into strategy.
• Proven collaboration and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own profit and growth for an assigned geographic territory, incl. revenue, underwriting profit, and market share.
• Develop and execute local market strategies for sustainable growth.
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, Legal, and Compliance to align priorities.
• Monitor profitability, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop business cases and financial analyses to support pricing, underwriting, and distribution decisions.
• Lead product, pricing, and underwriting initiatives to improve performance.
• Communicate strategy and results to leadership and partners.
• Represent the company with agency partners, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop team members and foster a culture of learning.
