Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Senior Product Associate for Client360 to own the end-to-end lifecycle of Financials capabilities.

You will integrate data from internal platforms and third parties into a single conformed financial reporting layer and deliver a trusted silver profile used by downstream platforms. This hands-on product role emphasizes scalable, production-ready capabilities, strong operating discipline, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across CIB.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Familiarity with how the CIB engages clients across products.

Responsibilities

• Identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
• Plan upstream and downstream implications of new features.
• Collect user research, journey mapping, and market analysis.
• Analyze product metrics across development life cycle.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Collaborate with tech leads to design solutions.
• Support agile ceremonies and remove blockers with teams.
• Coordinate with data teams for end-to-end alignment.
• Build and validate SQL-based reporting prototypes.
• Leverage AI capabilities while ensuring data governance.
• Apply AI-assisted SDLC practices for traceability and security.
