Job summary

Google seeks a Lead Group Product Manager for Ads and Commerce, Payments Risk to own risk management across Google’s enterprise products and Payments Platform. You will lead end-to-end roadmaps, partner with engineers, data scientists and operations, and mentor a high-performing team while shaping organizational strategy.

The role requires experience in online trust and safety, ML/GenAI initiatives, and executive communication to align cross-functional stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Experience in online trust and safety or risk management product.
• Experience launching AI or ML products or features, partnering with operations, analytics, data science, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds.
• Build risk management function for Google Payments Platform and enterprise products.
• Partner with engineers, data scientists, operations, and cross‑functional stakeholders to shape and execute roadmaps.
• Advocate organizational excellence and manage hiring goals and attrition-mitigation strategies.
• Foster leadership, psychological safety, and career development across the team.
