Job summary

Nike Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst for Product Finance to act as the trusted finance partner for Product Creation teams, guiding profitable growth with data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Sourcing, Costing, and Finance leaders to evaluate opportunities, navigate tradeoffs, and support key business decisions across the product creation lifecycle, delivering executive-ready financial analyses and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, financial planning, strategic planning, accounting, consulting, or related analytical roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with experience building financial models and executive-level presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and develop insights that support strategic business decisions.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business case development skills.
• Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate financial concepts for non-financial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Primary finance partner for Product Creation teams and shape profitable growth for a segment.
• Influence product decisions throughout the creation lifecycle with financial insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Translate strategic margin objectives into seasonal plans and actionable business decisions.
• Develop scenario analyses and investment tradeoffs to support decision-making and drive margin improvement.
• Monitor and communicate seasonal margin performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
• Drive initiatives that improve profitability, processes, and analytical capabilities across the Product Finance organization.
• Synthesize complex analyses into clear, compelling business stories and executive-ready recommendations for senior leadership.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and strategic support to influence key decisions across product creation.
