• Three years of KARL STORZ experience or equivalent in logistics, warehouse operations, or returns processing.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, and ERP systems including complex transaction processing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Experience interpreting schematics, work instructions, and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced evaluations of returned devices, equipment, instruments, software, and system components to determine disposition (repair, replacement, return-to-inventory, upgrade, downgrade, or scrap).
• Execute SAP, WMS, and related system transactions while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Troubleshoot advanced issues involving product configurations, software functionality, transaction processing, and documentation gaps.
• Serve as a subject matter expert by providing technical guidance and cross-training to colleagues.
