Qualifications

• 5+ years of building, shipping and scaling high-quality software.
• Ex-founder/startup CTO, open-source maintainer or side hustles considered a plus.
• Ability to move fast across frontend, backend and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Ship features end-to-end across the stack (frontend, backend, infra).
• Collaborate on architecture, best practices and code quality.
• Scale infrastructure to handle growing traffic and complexity.
• Continuously improve the developer experience and toolchain.
• Engage with the developer community to identify pain points and solutions.
