Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM field is required.
• Post-graduate (Master's) degree relevant to the discipline area may be required for select roles.
• Licensing for export controls or sanctions regulations may be required.
• Entry level/early career with internship/co-op or early professional experience acceptable.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive data-driven product decisions using analysis, DOE, regression, and data interpretation.
• Lead cross-functional design integration translating requirements into designs.
• Develop robust mechanical systems meeting performance, durability, and lifecycle needs.
• Advance product reliability and quality by identifying failure modes and implementing improvements.
• Leverage modeling, simulation, and controls knowledge to predict behavior and optimize performance.
• Define, allocate, and manage product requirements across complex systems.
• Deliver validation strategies and evaluate tests to verify product capability.
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and business functions to drive improvements.
