Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology is required.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• 8+ years in garage door industry or 10+ years in other product engineering with manufacturing exposure.
• Strong design focus and ability to work with multiple CAD and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, test, communicate, and implement product engineering projects.
• Lead engineering changes and projects with capital expenditures over $1,000,000.
• Develop product cost and capital expenditure data; communicate with internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Production, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering on product changes.
