Job Overview

This role requires a highly experienced professional with extensive product development expertise in agricultural, construction, and off-highway equipment. Responsibilities include designing complex components, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to product innovation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and support design processes for heavy equipment components and systems.
  2. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate subsystems and ensure design compliance.
  3. Manage testing, validation, and documentation of product designs.
  4. Lead and mentor teams, providing guidance on engineering best practices.
Qualifications
  1. 16+ years of experience in product development and project management.
  2. Proficiency in design tools such as Pro/Engineer Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.
  3. Strong understanding of DFMEA, PPAP, DVP&R, and related processes.
  4. Experience with hydraulic system design and manufacturing processes.
Education & Certifications
  • Master's in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, and Fluid Power Hydraulic Specialist.
