Belle is a fast growing engagement company revolutionizing home healthcare with in-home foot care powered by Community Health Workers and data science. We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to own significant product areas, make architectural decisions, and influence what we build, not just how.

You will drive data and analytics, own reporting and data models, and partner with product and clinical leadership to shape the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep experience with React (or React Native) and Ruby on Rails—required.
• Strong command of SQL and relational databases with data modeling skills.
• Track record of owning features or products end to end.
• Comfort operating with incomplete information and scaling systems.
• You are an early adopter of AI coding tools and can teach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of major features across our Ruby on Rails web app and React Native mobile app
• Own data and analytics as a core part of the role—build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and underlying data models
• Partner with product and clinical leadership to shape roadmap and translate operational strategy into technical direction
• Own architecture and technical decisions for your areas; balance speed, scalability, and maintainability
• Set the standard for how the team uses AI coding tools to ship faster without sacrificing quality
• Mentor engineers through code review, pairing, and design discussion
• Identify high-leverage opportunities in product, operations, and data—and drive them
• Help shape engineering practices, standards, and culture as we scale
