Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of professional engineering experience in composite or mechanical component build and manufacturing.
• Proven track record managing complex, high-value programs from concept to production.
• Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks, FEA, and GD&T.
• Strong understanding of aerospace quality standards and customer-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end responsibility for complex, high-revenue customer programs exceeding $1M.
• Lead innovation in composite development, exploring novel material systems and advanced manufacturing processes.
• Solve first-principles engineering challenges with limited precedent.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to key strategic customer accounts.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, build guidelines, and procedures.
• Mentor Product Engineer I/II personnel, offering technical mentoring and conduct reviews.
