Job summary

Noto, an AI-native operating system for after-school businesses, seeks a Senior Product Engineer in NYC to own large-feature development end to end. You’ll work across the stack with React, Next.js, Node, and PostgreSQL, shaping architecture and roadmap with QA, design, CS, and GTM.

You will help replace legacy admin tooling and build agentic back-office systems, enjoying a high-ownership role in a fast-moving startup that serves education businesses.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building software across the stack (frontend to backend).
• Strong taste for product and UI, with reasons.
• Ability to translate customer notes into concrete product ideas.

Responsibilities

• Ship large features end to end from design to migration and support.
• Build agentic systems that automate the back office.
• Make architecture calls we will still live with in 2 years.
• Work directly with QA, design, Customer Success, and GTM to set the roadmap.
• Shape the engineering culture.
