Job Description :

Senior Product Engineer to lead new product development team through silicon development, validation, characterization, qualification, and release to production of 16-bit microcontroller projects. Position facilitates team through NPD process, as well as ensures that team operates within Microchip's Quality System. Job duties also include sustaining products post-release and interfacing with global manufacturing teams. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer returns and special requests, when needed.

Requirements / Qualifications :

• Technical knowledge of microcontrollers and their functionality
• Knowledge of device validation, characterization, and qualification
• Statistics and silicon manufacturing process
• Bachelor’s plus 4 years of experience or Master’s plus 2 years of experience
