As a Senior Product Enablement Specialist in the SAP LeanIX & Signavio Product Enablement Team, your primary objective is to drive product enablement with a focus on promoting best practices for SAP Signavio and its integration with SAP LeanIX and other tools supporting SAP customers' business transformations. You will contribute to enablement strategies and create scalable knowledge assets to increase adoption across customers, partners, and employees.

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

• Be the go-to person for SAP Signavio product best practices and thought leadership in value-driven business process transformation.
• Collaborate on improving our approach for business transformation with enterprise architecture (SAP LeanIX), solution implementation (SAP Cloud ALM), and digital adoption (WalkMe).
• Identify enablement needs related to SAP Signavio products and use cases within business transformation contexts.
• Standardize and scale learnings from customer engagements internally and externally.
• Create scalable assets and training materials; set up training systems to demonstrate how to drive value-driven business process transformation.
• Conduct expert training sessions on applying SAP Signavio in business transformation for internal stakeholders and at global customer events.
• Enhance existing enablement formats, such as hands-on sessions and virtual support.
• Gather product improvement ideas and communicate feedback to SAP Signavio and LeanIX product teams.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Expertise in business process management methodology with at least four years of experience, including deep knowledge of a leading BPM tool.
• Understanding of key customer processes (e.g., P2P, O2C) and their improvement potentials.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and the role of BPM and enterprise architecture in transformation programs.
• Experience delivering enablement and training to large audiences.
• Strong communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
• Ability to explain complex methodologies and tools clearly and simply.
• A challenger mindset to uphold SAP Signavio standards and facilitate tough conversations for best practices.
• Empathy and excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive strategic topics independently and collaborate across teams.
