Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Product Enablement Manager to support organizational effectiveness and execution across a portfolio of strategic initiatives. This role enables teams by improving planning processes, governance, and performance visibility within a large, cross-functional environment.

You will partner with leaders and program teams to keep planning artifacts up to date, track dependencies, and drive KPI reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Management, or a related field.
5+ years in business operations, program management, product operations, consulting, enablement, strategy, or related function.
Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and driving execution within a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives.
Maintain planning artifacts, status reports, dependency trackers, and operational documentation.
Support work prioritization and promote consistent use of PM tools and processes.
Assist with capacity planning, resource tracking, and cross-team coordination.
Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, delivery metrics, and outcomes.
Develop reporting and insights to support decision-making and transparency.
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
