Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Product Enablement Manager to support organizational effectiveness and execution across a portfolio of strategic initiatives. This role enables teams by improving planning processes, governance, and performance visibility within a large, cross-functional environment.

You will partner with leaders and program teams to keep planning artifacts up to date, track dependencies, and drive KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years in business operations, program management, product operations, consulting, enablement, strategy, or related function.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and driving execution within a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives.
• Maintain planning artifacts, status reports, dependency trackers, and operational documentation.
• Support work prioritization and promote consistent use of PM tools and processes.
• Assist with capacity planning, resource tracking, and cross-team coordination.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, delivery metrics, and outcomes.
• Develop reporting and insights to support decision-making and transparency.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.

Job Overview

LPL Financial is seeking a Product Enablement Manager to support organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and execution across a portfolio of strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for enabling teams to execute efficiently by supporting planning processes, maintaining operational rigor, driving performance visibility, and facilitating stakeholder engagement.

The Product Enablement Manager partners closely with leaders, program teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive transparency, accountability, and consistency across key initiatives. This role supports planning, reporting, governance, and operational processes that help ensure successful delivery of business priorities and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders, program teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support the execution of strategic initiatives.
• Maintain and update planning artifacts, status reports, dependency trackers, and operational documentation.
• Support work prioritization activities and promote consistent utilization of project management tools and processes.
• Assist with capacity planning, resource tracking, and operational coordination across teams.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), delivery metrics, and operational outcomes.
• Develop reporting and insights that support decision-making and organizational transparency.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and reporting activities.
• Support the collection, tracking, and follow-up of stakeholder feedback and organizational priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure feedback is evaluated and incorporated into planning and execution activities.
• Maintain visibility into business needs and stakeholder experience trends to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Support audit readiness activities and maintain operational documentation as required.
• Assist with governance processes, reporting requirements, and compliance-related activities.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with established standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, reporting capabilities, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support implementation of process enhancements that improve execution quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Contribute to the development of repeatable operating practices and enablement frameworks across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience using project and work management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• Experience developing, maintaining, or analyzing operational metrics, KPIs, dashboards, or reporting.

Pay Range

$109,283.00 - $182,104.00

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
