Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and build optimized consumer incentive and reward experiences with engineering support.
• Lead day-to-day operations and engineering execution to launch and test new experiences.
• Operate with data- and market-backed judgment from ideation through launch.
• Build and monitor business cases, prioritization, and financial models using SQL, Excel, and modeling.
