• Direct small matrixed teams and external partners to prioritize deliverables and resolve barriers.
• Monitor delivery and budget performance.
• Maintain resource planning tools across programs.
• Investigate issues and implement timely interventions to meet objectives.
• Communicate status and trade-offs to management for decisions.
• Partner with OU customers to identify energy-component needs and shape opportunities.
