Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned engineering/operations leader to drive manufacturing program execution, team development, and cross-functional leadership. You will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and ready for scalable production.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will support growth through successful product launches and manufacturing readiness, partnering with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and sourcing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years leading technical or manufacturing programs.
• Proven success bringing products into high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
• Experience with global manufacturing and offshore partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers responsible for complex customer programs.
• Manage a team of six direct reports with potential for growth.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, evaluate, and develop project management talent.
• Build a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on execution and customer satisfaction.
• Direct multiple concurrent development and manufacturing transfer projects from kickoff through production.
• Establish project plans, milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure successful introduction of products into high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, sourcing, and manufacturing teams.
• Monitor project performance and resolve schedule, cost, and technical issues.
• Communicate project status and executive updates to stakeholders and customers.
• Lead product launches into domestic and international manufacturing facilities.
• Support both new product introduction and contract manufacturing programs.
• Improve project execution processes and standardize best practices.
