Qualifications

7+ years managing software product development.
5+ years in B2B SaaS.
Experience with Agile/Scrum teams.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience coordinating Engineering, QA, UI/UX, and Product teams.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple product releases simultaneously.
Translate business requirements into development plans.
Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release schedules.
Track project progress using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Remove blockers that prevent development teams from delivering.
Coordinate feature testing and production deployments.
Define milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
Report weekly progress to executive leadership.
Improve software development processes and team efficiency.
Monitor KPIs including velocity, release quality, customer satisfaction, and delivery timelines.
