Fourth Floor in New York is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to join the Accessory team. You will lead costing, supplier coordination, and the end-to-end product development process from concept to production, ensuring quality and compliance across cross-functional partners.

The role requires strong Excel skills, Google Workspace proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects with excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in product development or related field.
• Experience managing product development timelines, costing, and technical specifications; preference for hard goods.
• Familiarity with tooling, materials, product testing, and compliance standards.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
