icreatives in Westminster, CO is seeking an Apparel Product Development Manager to lead the transformation of concepts into market-ready Western wear products. Report to Production Director in Product Innovation and manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration with Designers, Brand Management, and manufacturers.

This full-time onsite role requires 5–7 years in fashion, a relevant BA, proficiency in PLM and Illustrator, strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in the fashion industry.
  • BA degree in an apparel-related program with focus on Product Development.
  • Proficient with PLM software and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Ability to lead and oversee a product development team.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Interest in Western wear lifestyle and industry trends.

About the job Apparel Product Development Manager

Embrace your role as an Apparel Product Development Manager, where you'll spearhead the transformation of concepts into market-ready products!

We're seeking a meticulous individual with a genuine passion for Western culture and fashion and join a global player of this industry.

As an Apparel Product Development Manager you will report to the Production Director and work in the Product Innovation department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Devising and executing product development strategies in alignment with company objectives and the essence of Western wear.
  • Guide and inspire a dynamic team of professionals on the journey of product development.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring the team consistently meets deadlines.
  • Foster close collaboration with Designers, Brand Management, and manufacturers to achieve high-quality product development.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with manufacturers, skillfully negotiate terms, and guarantee punctual deliveries.
  • Keep a vigilant eye on development costs, budgets, and margins to secure profitability.
  • Supervise new development, costing, and inventory requirements with suppliers.
  • Conduct thorough market research to uncover customer preferences and industry trends.
  • Ensure the authenticity and durability of our Western wear products through comprehensive testing.
Key Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in the fashion industry
  • BA degree, preferably in an apparel-related program with a focus on Product Development
  • Excel in use of PLM software and Illustrator.
  • Ability to oversee a proficient team involved in all facets of product development
  • Strategic thinking and analytical acumen
  • Leadership and project management skills, as well as effective communication
  • Interest and understanding of the Western wear lifestyle in project management and effective communication.

This is a full-time opportunity working onsite in the Westminster, CO area. This is not a remote position.

The annual salary is $90K - 100,000.00. *Relocation assistance is available.
