Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Project Management, or related field.
• 7-10 years in home textile or apparel Product Development.
• Experience with Centric PLM or similar PLM systems preferred.
• Ability to lead with clear objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cross-functional communication and global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product development lifecycle from ideation to commercialization for bedding.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and suppliers to drive innovation.
• Build and manage tech packs for accurate costing.
• Lead quoting, sampling, and testing activities, including prototyping.
• Ensure on-time product launches and maintain design/quality standards.
• Support cost analysis and margin improvement across domestic and international teams.
