Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science; PE is a plus; MS or MBA preferred.
• 12–15 years of product development engineering experience with 4+ years in a supervisory role.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electronic, packaging, or optics engineering principles and related policies.
• Ability to leverage knowledge from other engineering areas to own domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Product Design Engineering team; conduct regular 1:1s and succession planning.
• Own the EPS Stage‑Gate product development process, templates, and design controls.
• Define and maintain the product technology roadmap and drive KPIs for team capability and launch quality.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, and other functions to prioritize opportunities and ensure on-time launches.
• Manage new product development and sustainment portfolio; align priorities to divisional strategy.
