Job summary

Medical Device Recruiters Inc is seeking a Senior Product Development Engineer to own the full lifecycle of electromechanical surgical products, from concept through prototyping, testing, and launch.

The role is hands-on and requires 5+ years of engineering experience with knowledge of FDA/ISO requirements, collaborating across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Product Management teams in the Fort Myers-Naples area.

Senior Product Development Engineer – Electromechanical Surgical products

An established global medical device company is looking for a Senior Product Development Engineer to help develop the next generation of electromechanical surgical products used predominantly in orthopedic surgical procedures.

This is a hands-on engineering role with ownership across the full product lifecycle, from concept and design through prototyping, testing, manufacturing, and launch.

You'll work on electromechanical systems, design optimization, testing, and new product development, while collaborating closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Product Management, and clinical teams.
