Capital.com is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the Web team to own the design of marketing pages, landing experiences, and product web interfaces for a global audience. You will collaborate with brand, engineering, and product teams to translate ideas into compelling designs.

The role emphasizes user-centered design, prototyping, and maintaining design guidelines along with driving web performance improvements across platforms. A strong portfolio and 5+ years in web design are required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience designing web products and digital experiences.
• A portfolio showcasing web pages, landing pages, or product web interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma and strong understanding of components and systems.
• Experience with Framer or Webflow is a plus.
• Strong visual design sense with typography, layout and motion.

• Be the voice of the user, embedding their needs into every design decision with insights and research.
• Work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and brand stakeholders to transform ideas into reality.
• Develop interactive prototypes to test and illustrate design concepts.
• Define and maintain design guidelines, bringing consistency across all web touchpoints.
• Lead design initiatives with balance and clarity, adapting to timelines while juggling multiple priorities.
• Design user journeys that turn complex tasks into simple, delightful experiences.
• Improve web performance post-launch, focusing on continuous, user-centered enhancements.
• Collaborate with the Design System team to ensure consistency across all web surfaces.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing web products and digital experiences.
• A portfolio showcasing strong web design work — marketing pages, landing experiences, or product web interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma and strong knowledge of components and design systems.
• Experience with modern web design tools such as Framer or Webflow is a plus.
• Strong visual design sense with an eye for typography, layout, and motion.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
