Capital.com is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the Web team to own the design of marketing pages, landing experiences, and product web interfaces for a global audience. You will collaborate with brand, engineering, and product teams to translate ideas into compelling designs.

The role emphasizes user-centered design, prototyping, and maintaining design guidelines along with driving web performance improvements across platforms. A strong portfolio and 5+ years in web design are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing web products and digital experiences.
• A portfolio showcasing web pages, landing pages, or product web interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma and strong understanding of components and systems.
• Experience with Framer or Webflow is a plus.
• Strong visual design sense with typography, layout and motion.
• Clear, strategic thinker who can articulate design decisions.
• Understanding of technical impact of design on the web.
• Self-directed and able to own the design process.
• Strong UX focus and a continuous learner.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling web experiences reflecting the brand for a global audience.
• Own design of marketing pages, landing pages, and web product interfaces end-to-end.
• Advocate for users, embedding needs via research and insights.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and brand stakeholders to realize ideas.
• Develop interactive prototypes to illustrate concepts.
• Define and maintain design guidelines for consistency across web touchpoints.
• Lead initiatives with balance, adapting to timelines and priorities.
• Design user journeys turning complex tasks into delightful experiences.
• Improve web performance post-launch with continuous UX enhancements.
• Collaborate with Design System team for consistency across surfaces.
