Own end-to-end UX/UI product design across the Auzo platform at every stage, from leadership decisions to shipped work.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design for the Auzo customer and driver mobile apps, from early concepts through launch
• Design and improve the digital marketplace to help partners request, track, and manage vehicle moves
• Create partner and business portals that provide dealerships visibility into jobs, status, and performance
• Participate in working sessions with leadership and capture product decisions with detailed consideration for edge cases
• Map and enhance internal and user-facing processes, including designing tracking tools to simplify operations monitoring
• Produce clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Present prototypes to leadership for review and approval, then iterate quickly based on feedback
• Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma to keep the product consistent across mobile apps, portals, and web
• Collaborate with operations, sales, partnerships, and other teams to translate needs into design solutions that support business scaling
• Partner with engineering on handoff and review builds against approved designs before release
